Noelia Hernando-Real

Noelia Hernando-Real, Ph. D. is Associate Professor of English and American Literature at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). Recent publications include Voces conta la mediocridad: la vanguardia teatral de los Provincetown Players (PUV, 2014), Self and Space in the Theater of Susan Glaspell (McFarland, 2011) and the co-edition of Performing Gender Violence. Plays by Contemporary American Women Dramatists with Barbara Ozieblo (Palgrave, Macmillan, 2012). Noelia Hernando-Real has published several book chapters and articles on the theatre of the Provincetown Players and contemporary American women playwrights, such as Jane Bowles, Marsha Norman, Paula Vogel, Maria Irene Fornes and Sarah Ruhl.
