Heidi Oberholtzer-Lee

Heidi Oberholtzer-Lee earned her M.A. in English from The Pennsylvania State University and her Ph.D. in English from the University of Notre Dame. She currently teaches writing at Eastern University, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her articles have appeared in Christian Scholar’s Review, Journal of Narrative Theory, Early American Studies, Religion and Literature, and Food and Faith in Christian Culture. Her research interests include colonial American literatures, food studies, and religion and literature.
