Christina Weiler
Christina Weiler received her M. A. in English, German, and Spanish Philology as well as a teaching degree (German Staatsexamen) in these languages and literatures from the University of Freiburg, Germany. She has lived and taught in Germany, Spain, and Ireland. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in Comparative Literature in the U.S. at Purdue University, Indiana, where she teaches courses in German and World Literature. Her research interests lie mainly in German and English literature with a focus on metaphor, visual studies, poetry, and narratology.
