Calinda Shely

Calinda Shely is an Associate Teaching Professor at Northern Arizona University. She earned her PhD in English literature with a graduate certificiate in Women Studies from the University of New Mexico in 2016. Her research focuses on eighteenth- and nineteenth-century women writers, the novel, graphic satire, and issues of gender and consumption.
