Jill LeRoy-Frazier

Jill LeRoy-Frazier is Professor and Chair of Cross-Disciplinary Studies at East Tennessee State University. Her research and teaching interests include Southern and Appalachian Studies; Black American Studies; cultural studies and critical theory; intersectionality and social justice; women's and gender studies; interdisciplinary theory and practice; and liberal arts/lifelong learning/post-traditional and adult learners. She has published articles in journals such as Obsidian III, The Mississippi Quarterly, Southern Literary Journal, Studies in Twentieth-Century Literature, and Mosaic.
