Nazia Manzoor

Nazia Manzoor is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English and Modern Languages, North South University. She completed her Ph.D. from University of Albany, State University of New York in 2021. Her doctoral dissertation reimagines the construct of the human as a political subject of the state through a bio(necro)political lens. Her research interests include theories of biopower and race, gender and subalternity, and postcolonial theory and literature.
