Artemis Papailia

Artemis Papailia earned her PhD in Children’s Literature in 2022 from Democritus University of Thrace, where she continues her scholarly journey as a post-doctoral researcher. Presently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer of Children’s Literature at the same institution in Greece, and her academic exploration is meticulously carved around theoretical frameworks in Children’s Literature. Her articles have been published in reputable journals/volumes, she has participated in conferences and lectures both in Greece and abroad. Her scientific concerns relate to theoretical issues of Children's Literature, the ideology in the children's book, the intricacies of meaning-making strategies, and specifically to issues concerning pictorial narratives and the teaching of Literature in Preschool Education.
